I'd definitely recommend Bentley Glasgow to friends and family because of the level of service provided in finding the ideal car for us. It only took two weeks and most of our requirements were included in a low mileage car as requested. We are extremely pleased with the car as presented and have had several long outings to get used to the on-board facilities. We took advantage of visiting the factory at Crewe on one such sojourn. We love the car.
One important issue that has arisen. When sorting reasonable insurance for the car, we found Bentley insurance was twice that of the next best option and then found that the Thatcham 1 Cat immobiliser was not sufficient to achieve "agreed value" cover. Apparently, the lastest Bentayga has Thatcham 2. This is something we feel your Sales staff need to appreciate and pass on to Clients. We have had to settle for our usual multicar policy to cover the Bentayga and my Aston, a policy we have had running for many years with no issues so far.
The experience at Bentley Glasgow was great because all the staff were extremely professional , friendly and very knowlegable.
Bentley Glasgow were great because the servicing reception, explanation and work was excellent on my previous car. The sales team were welcoming, polite not “pushy” and helpful. They were obviously keen to give an excellent service and to ensure that I knew as much about the car as I could.
